Lure World Trading Terms
	Purchasing- Australian Orders Purchasing via the Lure World website can be direct On-line via Credit Card(Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or through the website selecting Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Mail or Fax Order and following the instructions once "Checked Out" or you can call and place an order via Telephone. For Mail, Fax, EFT or Direct Deposit orders, instructions are given on the Shopping cart receipt once the transaction has been completed on the site. Goods will be prepared for despatch once payments are approved, or transfers completed. For Credit Cards, Direct Deposit, Electronic Funds Transfers,or Money Order transactions this is usually the same day the payment received. Please note- For Personal cheques or Paypal E cheques this could mean a 3-4 working day delay while the funds are cleared. Purchasing- Delivery Fees on Australian Orders We offer 2 choices for delivery being either Standard Post and Express Post. After Selecting an item and viewing the Shopping Cart, you can select which ever delivery method you prefer. The default method of delivery is via Express Post. The applicable rates are displayed on the screen and are calculated on the number of items purchased. Should the delivery fee for a large quantity of small, lightweight items or items sold as single pieces, be beyond a reasonable charge or the customer is disadvantaged, we will credit the difference between the automatic delivery pricing and the actual delivery fees or include additional items into the shipment at the time of despatch. Should we chose to add additional items, these items will be relevant to the Customers order. We may identify some items in the On-Line Catalogue which may have Freight Credits applicable to them. A Freight Credit will depend on the actual number of small light weight items and the mixture and quantity of other items on the order. Purchasing- Overseas Orders We can cater Overseas purchases, although the web site is set primarily for Australian deliveries at this time. We would ask you to contact us if you wish to place an order from Overseas. Although below is the process we will follow if you wish to place an order. In the case of an Overseas purchase it is best to do the transaction as a Mail Order transaction via the website. Please complete as many details as accurately as the site will allow. Telephone number field involves a 2 digit number as the area code and an 8 digit number as the main part of the phone number. Please select "Export Order" in the "State" dropdown box. The Post Code field requires a 4 digit number, We would suggest that 9999 or 0000 be used as a default code for international orders. This highlights to us the order is an Overseas order. We would ask that a complete and correct Delivery address, as well as Credit card number, expiry date, and full name of the card holder be faxed to us along with a copy of the shopping cart receipt. (Visa and Mastercard are acceptable for us to process) Country code and fax number will be as follows, Once you have established an international access number, the Australian country code and our fax number will be 61 7 3829 2626. The pricing on the site is in Australian dollars and includes a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Overseas orders are not charged GST, However because of the additional expense incurred in processing Overseas orders we will retain this amount as an additional Packing and Handling fee. Charges to the Purchasers credit card will be in Australian dollars and the prevailing currency exchange rate, please be aware small currency conversion fee will generally be applied by your Credit card provider. We will confirm the total price of goods and delivery in Australian dollars via email prior to making a charge to the Credit card. Paypal customers may choose to email the difference in $ amounts or send an Paypal echeque, once the order amounts are adjusted. Purchasing-How to place an Order As you browse through the catalogue simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Once the required products have been selected from the catalogue, click "View Cart". At this point, you can select the type of Delivery method you would prefer, you have the choice of Standard or Express Post. You will see the applicable delvery rates depending on your selection. You are also able to empty the cart, or adjust the item quantities, and see the total order amount including delivery, or go back to the Catalogue. If you are happy to complete the transaction, Click the appropriate "Checkout" button. You have the choice of "Standard Checkout" via the Lure World Payment options, or via "Paypal Checkout" via the Paypal website. You will be transfered automatically to a SSL Secure and encrypted connection regardless of which Checkout option you select. Depending on your Browser settings, you may receive a prompt or you will see the locked padlock at the top or bottom of the page, and the https:// in the URL Address Box at the top of the page. The Lure World secure area is where you select the type of transaction from a Drop Down menu, and enter your contact and delivery details. There are required fields which need to be completed, these are marked with an . We would ask that you provide as much information as possible including a valid email address to allow us to offer a high level of customer service. For Credit Card Orders you enter your credit card details in the box at the bottom of the screen as per the instructions and "Submit Order". For Cheque, Money Orders, EFT or Direct Deposit orders please ignore the credit card field, follow the instructions and simply "Submit Order". You will proceed to your Order Receipt which allows you to print out a copy of the Shopping Cart page. This page also contains the instructions and details required to complete the Mail Order and EFT/Direct Deposit transactions. The transaction is now complete. If you have entered an email address you will receive an email with a link to your order which you can review at any time. For Paypal payments, you will be transferred to the Paypal website also over a secure and encrypted connection. You will complete the transfer via your Paypal account to the Lure World Paypal Business account. If you don't have a Paypal account you can create one here. There are still several methods of Payment options available to you with Paypal. Once the Paypal transfer is completed your Paypal details will be transferred back to the Lure World Check Out to make the process of completing the transaction easier, as you won't need to enter your address details unless you wish to change them. For delivery purposes we do need a Phone number and would also ask for a valid email address. Delivery- Australian and Overseas Orders* Delivery of orders within Australia will be via Australia Post Standard or Express Post satchels and Australian Post Standard or Express Post parcel delivery. We despatch each working day, and most Sundays. Our cut-off time for Orders each day is around 5.00pm EST. Express Post delivery is next day into major centres and 2-3 days for remote areas. Delivery of Overseas Orders will be via EMS registered delivery. As an indication, 500 grams would be AUD$44.00, and 1 kilogram would be AUD$55.00. Internet tracing is available and a signature is required on delivery. We will advise you via email at the time of despatch and also provide a tracing number for you. Delivery via EMS is normally within 5-6 working days to most countries. Air mail is also an option for consignments where a 3-10 day delvery is acceptable. As an indication, 500 grams would be AUD$20.00. Products that can be delivered safely via these methods are open to be part of the marketed range of products we carry. All products will be packaged in a cardboard carton or bubble wrap inside a satchel or carton to minimise the potential of damage during transport. Return policy Damaged goods can be returned within 14 days of despatch for replacement, we would expect notification of the receipt of damaged goods within a few days of despatch. Refunds for goods purchased incorrectly once delivered, are required to be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Delivery and transaction fees can not be refunded and returns are at the purchaser's expense. Refunds will be made to the purchaser's credit card or Paypal account where possible, or by cheque in the case of mail order. It is perceived that refunds for incorrectly purchased goods will be minimal based on the confirmation of goods and quantities in the shopping basket prior to payment and photos and descriptions of the goods on the web site. Security Policy Internet transactions are conducted over a SSL 128 Bit secured connection hosted by our ISP. This is the highest level of encryption available today. When you proceed to the "Checkout" Please look for the https:// in the top address bar and the Padlock in the bottom toolbar as a confirmation that the connection is secure. Credit Card details are sent only to the Bank or Paypal via these secure and encrypted connections. Lure World nor any third party sees, receives or records your Credit Card details. In the case of a credit being required, details of the original Credit Card may be required to process the credit. In most cases the credit can be done against the original banking transaction number without the need for credit card details. User's information will not be given or sold to any third party unless it forms part of a legal investigation and is required by law or the courts to be provided. We may use the information we collect as part of our marketing activities for Special offers etc. Fraud prevention Please Note- We will not deliver goods to a Post Office box. User's details are gathered only as part of the purchasing process. Confirmation of orders for unusual quantities, or large dollar amounts will be made via email or telephone prior to despatch.
